The VAL Audio ICOMM 8CX is a premium passive coaxial monitor speaker designed for high-fidelity sound reproduction in professional and luxury environments. At its core is an advanced coaxial driver system, where the 8-inch low-frequency (LF) driver and 1.7-inch high-frequency (HF) compression driver are mounted on the same axis. This configuration provides perfect phase alignment, resulting in exceptional clarity, uniform dispersion, and precise imaging. Unlike conventional two-way speaker designs, the coaxial setup eliminates lobing and phase issues, ensuring a natural and immersive listening experience.
The spherical ABS enclosure has been acoustically optimized to minimize resonances and diffraction, further enhancing clarity and smooth response. Its high quality gloss finish offers a luxurious, contemporary aesthetic that complements any environment — from upscale lounges and clubs to premium retail spaces and modern homes.
The speaker is designed with flexible mounting solutions, supporting wall mount and ceiling mount brackets, allowing seamless integration into architectural spaces. Input is provided via a single Speakon NL4 connector, ensuring secure and professional connectivity.
